Beginner’s SoulCollage® Workshop

This workshop provides step-by-step instructions, plenty of creative time, and a supportive environment for self-expression. No artistic experience is necessary—just bring your curiosity and an open heart!

About SoulCollage®

SoulCollage® is an expressive arts practice done individually or in community. Founded by Seena B. Frost, the method develops creativity and intuition, encourages self-discovery, and provides personal guidance. The process meets you wherever you are on this journey called life.

SoulCollage® is a transformative method, has many applications, and involves images and glue, The method helps us discover our unique inner/outer guides and challengers in life. Facilitator Bio: 
Laura Carl (she, they) is a certified SoulCollage® facilitator with a Master’s degree in Art Therapy, passionate about guiding individuals on their journeys of self-discovery and empowerment. With a strong foundation in New Thought principles and a deep understanding of archetypes, Laura combines creative expression with spiritual practice. Committed to uplifting women, the LGBTQ+ community, and all seekers of inner wisdom, she helps participants connect with their intuitive guidance and discover the transformative power of their unique stories through Tarot and SoulCollage® in a safe and inclusive environment for exploration.

Directions & Parking: Unity Arts Ministry Studio is located on the 4th floor of the 100 building at the Unity Village campus. The address is 1901 NW Blue Pkwy 100 Building, 4th Floor, Unity Village, MO 64065. There is a parking lot on the SW side of the building. We’ve included a map here for easy reference. Enter the corner door from the parking lot. If locked, please ring the buzzer and let the dispatcher know you are here for the Unity Arts Ministry event. You may either take the stairs or go around the corner to the elevator to get to the 4th floor. If you have any challenges with getting in or have specific accessibility needs, please call 816-805-2097.
