Rose Garden Plein Air Painting

Take time to stop and paint the roses on Saturday October 21st from 9-11:30am.

Join a supportive community of artists for a fun morning amongst the flowers at the Rose Garden and water fountains in Unity Village, MO. This is a beautiful place filled with peaceful energy and plenty of creative inspiration. All are welcome, whether you have been studying plein air techniques for years or are a beginner in the practice.

Please note this is not a teaching event. Artist and Unity Arts Ministry founder, Jen Hutchins will be available to answer questions and help to guide you in your painting practice.

Tickets: $15: This is a ticketed fundraiser event in support of Unity Arts Ministry. Please use the link below to register for the event. You may elect to prepay online or pay on site the day of the event.

Additional Details

Supplies: Bring your own painting supplies and easels. Stools are available upon request. Suggested materials: watercolor, acrylic, oil paint, or pastels.

Weather Policy: In the event of rain our event will be moved into our studio located on the 4th floor of the 100 bldg. Please bring your own reference photo if desired.

Refund Policy: Due to the fundraiser nature of this event, no refunds will be offered. You may however gift your ticket to a friend.

Directions & Parking: The Rose Garden is located in the central courtyard at Unity Village (E on map below). You may park in any of the surrounding parking lots then walk in. One of the closest options is to park by the new labyrinth located on the Fillmore Lawn (D on map) near the 400 building.
