Open Studio

Come create in community at the Unity Arts Studio on the third Saturday of the month. Bring a project you are working on, or start a new one on site. Enjoy space to spread out, convenient studio tools, and artistic support. Whether you enjoy painting, knitting, collage, or writing poetry, this is a safe place for creative expression. You will be supported in an environment free from judgment or comparison.

We welcome teens and adults of all ages, races, genders, sexual orientations and abilities.

Supplies: Bring your own supplies and creative projects. A selection of basic art supplies are available for use on site.

Dress: We suggest wearing something comfortable that you don’t mind getting messy in. Aprons will also be available.

Directions & Parking: Unity Arts Ministry Studio is located on the 4th floor of the 100 building at the Unity Village campus. The address is 1901 NW Blue Pkwy 100 Building, 4th Floor, Unity Village, MO 64065. There is a parking lot on the SW side of the building. We’ve included a map here for easy reference. When you enter the corner door from the parking lot, if door is locked, please ring the buzzer and let the dispatcher know you are here for the Unity Arts Ministry event. You may either take the stairs or go around the corner to the elevator to get to the 4th floor. If you have any challenges with getting in or have specific accessibility needs, please call security at 816-347-5535.
