Creative Flow Process Art Playshop

You are a creative being worthy of expression. Within you lies a boundless world of images and symbols that are uniquely yours. Creativity is a powerful portal for accessing what is within and giving it a space in which to be seen, heard, and fully witnessed. This workshop is designed to help you reconnect to your Creative Flow, especially if your inner fire has ever been dampened by fear, doubt, criticism or rejection. We will use the basic tools of tempera paint, brushes and paper to tap and express from the deep wellspring within. Imagine allowing your inner child to come out and play with color, lines, and form without any critique or criticism, but simply to play and revel in joyous bliss and deep surrender. With loving support, you will be guided to reconnect with yourself using painting as a tool for self-discovery. No prior art experience necessary. All materials will be provided. ABOUT JENNY: Jenny Hahn is a professional artist, certified mindfulness teacher and author of Creative Flow: Tap and Express Your Juicy Essence. As co-founder of Creative Nectar Studio, Jenny offers workshops, a podcast and online Soul Nectar community sharing process art as a tool for self-discovery and liberation. Directions & Parking: Unity Arts Ministry Studio is located on the 4th floor of the 100 building at the Unity Village campus. The address is 1901 NW Blue Pkwy 100 Building, 4th Floor, Unity Village, MO 64065. There is a parking lot on the SW side of the building. We’ve included a map here for easy reference. Enter the corner door from the parking lot. If locked, please ring the buzzer and let the dispatcher know you are here for the Unity Arts Ministry event. You may either take the stairs or go around the corner to the elevator to get to the 4th floor. If you have any challenges with getting in or have specific accessibility needs, please call 816-805-2097.
