I confirm that I understand the Art de Vivre: French retreat includes ten nights at Fontable regional excursions, entry fees, all meals except three lunches, creative workshops, and group transportation to and from the retreat center to the airport. I acknowledge that airfare, three lunches (plus the arrival day lunch), tipping, art supplies for personal projects, and personal items are not included.

I acknowledge that a valid passport (six months beyond the reentry date to the U.S.) is required. I am also aware that travel insurance is highly recommended, and pre-existing condition coverage may require purchase within 14 days of registration.

I confirm that I understand the Art de Vivre: French retreat pricing: Double Occupancy is $3,800 per person, Single Occupancy is $4,200 per person. I acknowledge that a $600 non-refundable deposit is due at registration to hold my space, remaining balance is due in full by April 1st 2027 – or upon registration if registering after April 1st, and that all payments are non-refundable. If the retreat sells out, a waitlist will be created, and if I cancel after the retreat is sold out and my spot is filled, I will receive a refund minus a $200 processing fee.

By submitting this registration form, I agree to release and hold harmless Unity Arts Ministry, Jen Hutchins and their individual and collective heirs from any losses, delays, damage, or injury I may incur due to accident or negligence of any cause.
