Cultivating Fertile Ground

Get ready for some garden analogies as we spring into the topic of “Personal Growth.” Rev. Jen starts the series off with a conversation on creating fertile ground in which to plant your seeds. With a solid foundation you can bring your hopes and dreams into reality while growing a stronger spiritual practice.

Today’s lesson invites you to till the soil with a Visual Journal prompt of release and renewal. Lesson followed by meditation.

Suggested Journal Lesson materials: pen or pencil, acrylic paint, brushes & water.

If you are new to the art of Visual Journals, check out our intro video, here.

  • Wow Jen. This spoke to me on so many levels. And, totally loved the braids!! What have you been tending was the pice that really hit me. I too have been cutting my screen time back. It’s been hard and rewarding at the same time. I have been gardening all day so your tilling the soil analogy really spoke to me. Thank you for your message.

    • Thank you for taking the time to comment April! I love hearing from you. It sounds like the message was shared in perfect time. One more step in this syncronistic journey. If you take the time to journal through a response, I would be interested to hear how the process goes for you.
