Creative Flow: Process Art Workshop

You are a creative being worthy of expression. Within you lies a boundless world of images and symbols that are unique to you, and creativity is a powerful portal for accessing what is within and giving it a space in which to be seen, heard, and fully witnessed. This workshop is designed to help you reconnect to your Creative Flow, especially if your inner fire has ever been dampened by fear, doubt, criticism or rejection. Program facilitated by Jenny Hahn.

We will use the basic tools of tempera paint, brushes and paper to tap and express from the deep wellspring within. Imagine allowing your inner child to come out and play with color, lines, and form without any critique or criticism, but simply to play and revel in joyous bliss and deep surrender. With loving support, you will be guided to reconnect with yourself using painting as a tool for self-discovery.

No prior art experience necessary. All materials will be provided. Pre-registration required. Space is limited, so register now to reserve your spot.

ABOUT JENNY: Jenny Hahn is a professional artist, certified mindfulness teacher and co-founder of Creative Nectar Studio. She uses painting as a modality for healing in her own life and offers workshops across the country sharing process art as a tool for self-discovery and liberation. Her paintings and prints are collected worldwide and licensed for multiple inspirational products.
